Each individual may register only one (1) jl58 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your jl58 account, you agree to:

• jl58 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

jl58 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, jl58's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl58's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
